• Gift certificates are available   
• I am an approved provider to some insurance companies.  This association provides the client with a discount off my stated rates.  Please check with your Human Resources Department or insurance carrier to verify benefits.
• Payment is expected at time of service.  Cash or check is accepted and receipts are available.
• There will be a returned check charge of $30.00.

  


Cancellation policy-24 hour notice.  While there can be some exceptions such a illness or weather, less than 24 hour notice will result in a $25.00 fee
